ASSESSMENTS

Each student is unique, with their own strengths and weaknesses. Assessments help identify each student's cognitive and academic profile, and provide information on how to best support their learning. 

 

The most common reasons for an assessment 

  • a student is having difficulties with reading, writing, or math

  • a student is struggling with attention or organisation

  • a student may be eligible for examination accommodations (access arrangements)

When appropriate, assessments are conducted collaboratively with other professionals to provide a comprehensive profile of a student's strengths and challenges. Through these collaborations Dr. Alicia Chodkiewicz is able to offer assessments that include:
