I will continue to offer online lessons and assessments to families on an ongoing basis. From the 11th of May 2020, my practice will partially re-open to some services.

Priority will be given to providing in-person services to students that are currently unable to access online support and assessments for students in primary and middle school.

For those returning to in-person sessions, some changes will be put in place in order to keep everyone safe and healthy. These changes are based on the guidelines of the Swiss Federation of Psychologists (FSP).

  • The waiting area in front of my office will be closed. If you arrive early for your appointment, please wait either in your car or in front of the building. I will meet students at the front entrance to escort them to my office.

  • All students will be required to either use hand disinfectant or wash their hands at the beginning/end of each session. Disinfectant and soap will be provided.

  • The office will be rearranged in order to allow for two-meter social distancing. It is therefore not a requirement to wear masks during the entirety of the sessions (unless otherwise requested by parents). For activities in which the 2-meter rule cannot be upheld masks will be worn.

  • Reusable cotton masks will be available to students if needed (masks will be thoroughly washed between uses). Students are also welcome to bring their own masks if desired.

  • Objects that are touched by students (i.e. door handles, tables, pencils) will be cleaned before each session.

  • In-person appointments will be thoughtfully scheduled to allow for time between each session to clean.

  • The window in the office will remain open and an air diffuser will be used to allow for air circulation.

  • If a student experiences any symptoms typical of the virus (i.e. coughing, fever, breathing issues) they should not attend an in-person session.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation during this extraordinary time.
